President of Artsakh Discusses Meeting with Azerbaijani Representatives
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, has met with members of the Union of Artsakh Reserve Officers. During the meeting, at the request of the participants, the country’s leader presented the current military-political situation surrounding Artsakh and addressed the meeting that took place on March 1 with Azerbaijani representatives, mediated by the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces stationed in Artsakh.
The president stated that all meetings held so far, including the one on March 1, have exclusively discussed technical, humanitarian, and infrastructure-related issues. “Negotiations regarding the status of Artsakh can only occur in an internationally recognized format and through the realization of the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh,” he emphasized, reiterating the authorities' commitment to the fundamental documents and constitutional provisions of the republic.
President Harutyunyan also addressed other questions of interest to the reserve officers.
