British singer and actor Harry Styles followed the "most toxic" tradition during a concert in Australia by drinking from his shoe. The 29-year-old Styles participated in the local "Shoey" tradition when he took the stage in Perth.

The British musician removed his Adidas sneakers and filled them with an unknown liquid. He then drank from them amid the cheers of fans. "This is one of the most disgusting traditions I've ever seen," the artist remarked.

According to the "Shoey" tradition, a person drinks from their shoes and then wears wet shoes until the end of the day or night. Styles added that he will "discuss this in detail with [his] therapist."

“I feel like a different person,” Styles said with a laugh. “I’m ashamed of myself. It feels so personal. Such an intimate moment shared with so many people.”
