Video: "Mixed Voting" - One MP Voted Against, One Abstained
The National Assembly convened with Alek Simonyan drawing the attention of the deputies and putting a draft decision to a vote. After presenting the draft, during the voting process, the Speaker of the National Assembly noted that it was a mixed vote.
"In favor: 66, against: 8, abstained: 15, the decision has been adopted," Simonyan stated.
