France Is Not a Party to the Conflict, But… Macron's Statement
France will continue its dialogue with Russia and Ukraine to facilitate negotiations between the two countries. According to Armenpress, citing RBC-Ukraine, this was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron.
“We cannot decide for Ukraine when it should start negotiations with Russia, but we must continue the dialogue with each of the parties. This is necessary because at some point they will need to sit down at the negotiating table,” said the French president.
He also emphasized that France is not a party to the conflict but will continue to support Ukraine.
