Marukyan on Aliyev's Statement

The Armenian Special Envoy Edmon Marukyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Ilham Aliyev understands that it will be very difficult to settle Azerbaijanis in the Armenian villages and homes captured in Artsakh. This is the reason why he, in order to explain to the international community why he does not settle in what he claims are their settlements, talks about allegedly placed one million landmines and asserts that it will take another 30 years and 25 billion dollars to clear them. In reality, mines were placed during the first Nagorno-Karabakh war, along both contact lines, and not in the settlements."
