EU and US Trying to Intervene in Armenian-Azerbaijani Relations Settlement Process, Says Putin's Aide
European Union and the United States are attempting to intervene in the settlement process of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, utilizing Russian developments for this purpose. This statement was made by Yuri Ushakov, assistant to the President of Russia, during a conversation with reporters.
He simultaneously noted that the foundation for stabilizing the relations between Yerevan and Baku is based on trilateral agreements reached through the personal mediation of the Russian president.
“We see that non-regional actors, particularly the European Union and the US, are trying to interfere in this work, but mainly they are using our developments. Fundamental agreements were reached in 2020 and 2021 with our most active participation,” Ushakov stated.
