Ministry of Defense on the Border Situation
As of 09:00, there have been no changes in the situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
It is reminded that due to the intensive military operations that began at midnight on September 13 along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, according to official data, there are 206 casualties and missing persons from the Armenian side, at least 20 prisoners of war, while the Azerbaijani side has reported 80 casualties, with both sides having hundreds of injured.
A ceasefire was declared on the evening of September 14. However, it has been violated repeatedly, resulting in 3 deaths and 1 injury on the Armenian side, and 4 injuries on the Azerbaijani side.
As of 22:00 on September 28, the situation at the border has been relatively stable.
