Tusk Justifies the Explosion of the Nord Stream Pipelines
The Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, has justified the explosions of the Russian "Nord Stream-1" and "Nord Stream-2" gas pipelines.
"I believe that those who dismantle the Nord Stream pipeline should not be ashamed, but rather those who built it," Tusk said.
He also noted that Poland has consistently done everything possible to prevent the Nord Stream project from materializing.
It is worth recalling that explosions occurred along the routes of the "Nord Stream-1" and "Nord Stream-2" gas pipelines in September 2022. The investigation into the circumstances of the sabotage is ongoing in Germany.
A Ukrainian citizen suspected in the pipeline explosions, Vladimir Zhuravlev, was recently arrested in Croatia. Germany is requesting his extradition to continue the investigation.
