Russia Attempts to Encircle Lysychansk: Ukraine's General Staff

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has released a statement on its Facebook page, informing that Russian troops are attempting to encircle the city of Lysychansk through artillery fire and gain control over a section of the main highway.

It was noted that shots have been fired towards civilian infrastructure, specifically in the area of an oil refinery.
