Stepantsminda-Lars Road is Open
According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Management Department and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations' North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
The Emergency Management Agency reports that the road is closed for freight transport from the Russian side.
