Tragic Car Accident in Yerevan: Driver's Body Retrieved from Vehicle by Rescuers
Today, on May 17, a tragic car accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 6:50 AM, a 33-year-old resident of Yerevan, Hrayer Davtyan, was driving his BMW 750 when he veered off the roadway on Tigran Mets Avenue, in front of the "Tashir" shopping center. He collided with a traffic sign designated for bus stops, knocked it down, then hit basalt curbs and subsequently crashed into a tree.
According to reports from the scene by shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, driver H. Davtyan, whose body was retrieved from the vehicle by the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ special emergency rescue team number 15 and brought close to the ambulance, has died.
According to website information, the deceased was the manager of the well-known “Solo” bar located on Khanzatyan Street in Yerevan.
