Statement Issued from Artsakh
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh considers the initiative to hold the "5th Congress of World Azerbaijanis" in the Armenian city of Shushi, occupied by Azerbaijan, to be extremely destructive, as it contains clear elements of xenophobia and expansionism.
This "initiative" is also an attempt to create tension in the region.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh strongly condemns the nationalist and aggressive policy of official Baku, which aims to disrupt and torpedo the peaceful process of resolving the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.
