Russian President and Nikol Pashinyan Fail to Reach Final Agreement on Artsakh Issues: Clarifications and Details
The government announced today that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has visited the State Duma of the Russian Federation as part of an official visit, holding a meeting with State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin.
According to a statement released by the government, “The head of the Armenian government emphasized the importance of strengthening interparliamentary cooperation and active dialogue.” “We had an effective discussion with President Putin and adopted a joint important statement,” Pashinyan stated, adding that they reached a final agreement on several important issues, including those related to security, the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, unblocking regional infrastructure, and the demarcation and delimitation processes between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
