Ishkhan Saghatelyan on Preventing Their Entry into Artsakh
Member of the National Assembly's 'Hayastan' faction, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, addressed the situation regarding the planned visit to Artsakh on his Facebook page.
“Dear compatriots, at this moment, we are witnessing the disclosure of yet another criminal agreement between Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev. They responded very quickly and simultaneously to the statement made by opposition lawmakers in the National Assembly that we are going to Artsakh, and provided the names of the political figures traveling to Artsakh at the checkpoint, demanding that our entry into Artsakh be denied. This is yet another evidence of the treacherous deal to isolate Artsakh and subsequently depopulate it. It is noteworthy that the reactions of the Azerbaijani and Armenian authorities to our visit were identical and complementary. I would like to inform you that our meeting with the leaders of all parliamentary groups in Artsakh took place regardless, at the Agavnadzor checkpoint. We are united and determined to thwart the policies being pursued against Artsakh and Armenia and to safeguard the interests of our country,” he wrote.
