US Has No Intent to Change Russia's Leadership, Biden on His Words
US President Joe Biden has once again addressed his statement regarding Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which he said that the Russian president cannot remain in power. He clarified that his words do not refer to a change in US policy but merely express emotions.
Biden stated that the US does not intend to change Russia's leadership: 'I am not taking a word back. I expressed moral outrage at Putin's behavior and the actions of this man. I have not spoken about changes in policy then, nor do I now. I do not apologize for my words.'
