In Major Political Issues, We Are Essentially Stuck in Place: Medinsky

Russia and Ukraine are narrowing their positions on secondary issues in negotiations; however, they are essentially stuck in place on major political issues. This was announced by the head of the Russian delegation and presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, according to TASS.

"Negotiations have taken place throughout the week via video link, from Monday to Friday, and will continue tomorrow. Discussions are conducted through video conferences between expert groups, two to three times a week between the heads of delegations; the last meeting was last night. Currently, positions are converging on secondary issues, but we are essentially stuck in place on major political questions," Medinsky stated.
