Putin Orders Prosecutor's Office to Punish Those Responsible for Sending Conscripts to Ukraine
Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed materials to be sent to the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office to legal assess the actions and punishments of officials responsible for failing to comply with his directives prohibiting the dispatch of conscript soldiers to Ukraine. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, as reported by RIA Novosti.
He stated that before the start of the special operation, all commanders of military units had been informed of Putin's directive, which categorically excluded the involvement of conscript soldiers in carrying out any tasks on Ukrainian territory.
“President Putin has been informed about the implementation of this directive,” Peskov added.
