Russia Forced to Confront Unprecedented Information Terrorism, Says Zakharova
Russia is forced to confront an unprecedented information attack and information terrorism, which includes not only the media but also cyberspace. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during a press briefing.
“It comes from the West and is implemented using Ukrainian resources and capabilities, among others. Simply put, Ukraine, with its entire infrastructure, is being used as a tool aimed at misinforming the global community and discrediting Russia's actions,” Zakharova said.
She reminded that since February 24, Russia has been conducting a special military operation in Ukraine. The reason for this is the current leadership's eight-year anti-people and anti-Russian policy.
According to her, the Kyiv regime came to power through a series of illegal and unconstitutional measures organized in Ukraine by the West. One of the key moments was the state coup of 2014, which was carried out by neo-Nazi forces with the support of the West.
