Car Ends Up Under Train in Turkey
In Ankara, a freight train collided with a passenger car, dragging it for 300 meters.
According to Azerbaijani media, citing CNNTürk, one of the passengers in the car has died, while the driver and another passenger have been injured. The train driver sustained minor injuries.
The accident occurred in the Polatlı district of Turkey's capital. Preliminary reports suggest that the cause of the incident was a malfunction of the level crossing.
An investigation is underway.
