Popular Singer Haikon Passes Away
It has been reported from the Mikhailyan Hospital that popular singer and songwriter Haikon has passed away at the age of 48. Auroranews has confirmed this news with Shushan Danielyan, the head of the staff at Yerevan State Medical University.
It is noteworthy that he had contracted COVID-19, and his condition was critical, with doctors fighting for his life.
Haikon studied at Yerevan's School No. 170 and then at Tumanyan School No. 32. In 1987, he graduated from the Chukhachyan Music School in Yerevan and was subsequently admitted to the R. Melikian Music College.
