Testing Requirement for Employers Not Mandatory on October 1, Ministry Clarifies
Workers are not required to present COVID test results or vaccination certificates to employers on October 1, even though the law comes into effect on that date.
The Armenian Minister of Health informed A1+ that citizens can present their test results or vaccination documents within a 14-day period, until October 14.
During this 14-day period, if any competent authority conducts checks, they will not have the right to penalize the employer or employee.
