Analyst Vitali Mangasaryan from the 'Henaket' analytical center has written: 'Since we have already lost the aforementioned position, located in the Mataghis-Talish direction and more commonly known as the “Kalgotki” post, it is now possible to discuss everything that could not be talked about before the war for understandable reasons.

In the report filmed by the Azerbaijani side, there is detailed discussion about the fortification of our positions, engineering infrastructures, and types of weapons. I want to draw attention to the following episode. The report mentions “пропановые боеприпасы,” which has not been discussed in the public sphere until now.

This type of weapon has been effectively used in Syria, and subsequently, this technology has also been employed in the Artsakh Defense Army. At first glance, this weapon resembles a 120mm mortar. After firing, the released bomb creates a seismic effect with a radius of about 500-600 meters in the enemy’s rear, damaging bunkers, shelters, and other infrastructure.
