Russia's Foreign Ministry Calls US Policy Toward Ukraine Immoral: Zakharova

Washington is pursuing an immoral policy toward Kyiv, playing with Ukrainian authorities when necessary and exploiting financial support. This was stated on Monday by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during an appearance on the '60 Minutes' program on the Rossiya-1 television channel.

The diplomat commented on a recent report from Politico regarding the suspension of $100 million in military aid to Ukraine and the White House's denial of this information, noting that this is just 'one example' of how Washington conducts 'immoral politics' toward Kyiv.

“This is a classical game by the United States with Ukraine. This involves evasion and flirtation. For years, it has been a constant deception for the citizens of Ukraine,” emphasized the diplomat.

Zakharova pointed out that the US claims it provides, 'a one-time cash assistance of $100 million for corresponding militarized support,' when 'it suits them.' When the situation changes, 'they immediately start changing their words.'
