Why Are Azerbaijanis Conducting More Frequent Rotations in the Area of the Black Lake than Allowed
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that "The situation has been relatively stable in the area of the Black Lake in recent days, although Azerbaijanis continue to remain in their occupied positions and have established four positions, each with 25-30 servicemen. However, the reports from Syunik indicate that the enemy is not increasing their numbers and is not taking any action. The only strange thing is that they are conducting rotations more frequently than stipulated. By the way, a large number of volunteers from our side continue to remain in Syunik; although they have not been mobilized at this moment, they are ready and waiting for orders at any time." Further details can be found in today’s issue of the newspaper.
