Curfew in Georgia Remains in Place, Says Tikaradze
The Minister of Health of Georgia, Ekaterine Tikaradze, considers the lifting of the evening curfew to be a "luxury" and believes there are no grounds for this, while the pandemic has not disappeared anywhere.
She drew a comparison with European countries, noting that in some places there is a complete lockdown, while in Georgia, the situation is much milder.
It is worth recalling that since November 9, 2020, movement outdoors has been banned during night hours in major cities of Georgia. A fine of 2,000 lari is imposed for violations.
