Victory Achieved with Turkey's Support and Azerbaijan's Army Heroism: Erdogan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan addressed the war unleashed against Armenia during a congress of his Justice and Development Party. The Turkish president claimed that for 30 years, the Armenian side had consistently been an obstacle to resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, while the Minsk Group had further complicated the situation.

Erdogan asserted that during the war 'started' by Armenia last year, it was possible to put an end to the 'occupation' in Karabakh thanks to Turkey's support and the heroism of the Azerbaijani army.

According to Erdogan, Turkey will closely follow the implementation of the agreements made on November 9.
