Certain Restrictions on Working Hours Lifted in Artsakh
The Information Headquarters of Artsakh has announced on its Facebook page that based on the requirements set forth in the decree of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Artsakh dated April 13, 2020, and in accordance with the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh dated August 12, 2020, restrictions on working hours have been lifted for the territorial subdivisions of the State Service for the Registration of Legal Entities and Notaries (civil status registration departments and notary offices), as well as for the State Register of Legal Entities (central authority and service and registration department).
These bodies will operate from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, it is noted that according to the aforementioned order of the Minister of Justice, the civil status registration departments will not conduct state registrations of marriage in ceremonial conditions, except for outdoor ceremonial registrations of marriage.
