The Court of Appeals has ruled to change the restraint measure for Colonel Edik Maloyan to house arrest for a period of two months.
According to the decision, Colonel Edik Maloyan's restraint measure has been altered to house arrest for a period of two months. It is worth recalling that Colonel Edik Maloyan was detained for two months. He has been charged under Article 426, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (publishing information containing state secrets obtained illegally) and Article 427, Part 1 (inciting the publication of information containing state secrets).
Edik Maloyan is also known as a supporter of the 'Strong Armenia' party.
