Unexplained Tremors Registered Again in Yerevan
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia reports that on February 18, starting at 17:39, the National Crisis Management Center received calls from several residents of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan, stating that tremors were felt in three buildings on Mamigonian Street.
According to the official website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, rescuers sent to the area conducted inspections at the three addresses but found nothing dangerous.
The Ministry has not disclosed the cause of the tremors. It is worth recalling that a similar incident was recorded on January 9 at the Dalma Garden Mall shopping center where tremors observed in the building led to the evacuation of visitors and employees. After approximately a week of professional investigations, no official announcement was made regarding the causes of the tremors observed in the shopping center.
