Such a thing has not happened. Makunts on Hayk Marutyan's interference with the creation of an inquiry committee

Before, we empowered local self-governments with certain rights to clarify their authorities to strengthen them; this does not allow this inquiry committee to carry out its functions. This was stated by Lilit Makunts, the head of the 'My Step' faction in the National Assembly, in a conversation with journalists.

'This is not a political decision, but rather a reference to the legal sphere and adherence to the law. We have made our observations regarding this inquiry committee,' said the faction leader.

When asked whether Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan requested that the committee not be established, Makunts replied, 'Such a thing has not happened. We are trying as much as possible to ensure that all our actions are public and transparent.'
