Rapid Chess Champion is Haik Martirosyan
The rapid chess champion of Armenia is Haik Martirosyan, named after Ashot Anastasyan. Following a two-day competition held at the Tigran Petrosyan chess house, Martirosyan secured a total of 7.5 points.
In second place was Arthur Davtyan, who finished with 7 points, while the trio was completed by Zaven Andriasyan with 6.5 points.
The total prize fund for the Armenian championship was 1.2 million drams, with the rapid chess champion receiving a prize of 300,000 drams.
