Weather Forecast: Dry and Hot Days Ahead

In the territory of the Republic of Armenia, from August 6 to 8, and the night of the 9th, dry weather is expected. During the evening hours of August 9, and on the night and after noon of the 10th, brief rain and thunderstorms are anticipated in certain regions. This information is provided by the Armenian Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

In the Armavir region, in the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, and in certain areas of Shirak province, an increase in wind speed is expected during the evening hours, reaching 15-18 m/s. The air temperature will not change significantly.

In Yerevan, from August 6 to 9, dry weather is forecasted. On the evening of August 10, brief rain and thunderstorms are expected. During the evening hours, wind gusts of 12-15 m/s will be observed. Today, the daytime temperature in the capital will be around 33-35 degrees Celsius, while in the evening it will be recorded at +28...+30 degrees.
