Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has stated that it is now difficult to maintain contact with the son of Iran's spiritual leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, but his presence is an important support for the country.

Pezeshkian noted that Mojtaba Khamenei previously held his own views on certain issues, but later took into account the expert report and made the appropriate decision.

He emphasized that some groups have used this process to create dissent and escalate the situation for their political interests.

“He accepted the expert opinion and made a decision based on that, but some used it to make baseless accusations and to misrepresent others,” said the Iranian president.
