Nighttime Operations, Alcohol and Tobacco Sales: Violations Registered in Yerevan

The Public Order Protection Service of the Yerevan City Hall has conducted inspections in establishments that fall under the restrictions set by the "Trade and Services" law. As a result of these inspections, several administrative violations have been identified.

Specifically, certain establishments were found to be operating without the necessary permits. The violations pertained to the organization of nightclubs, continuing operations after 12:00 AM without permission, as well as the sale of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products without authorization, and the provision of public catering.

In total, 11 administrative reports were compiled regarding the identified cases.
