The Constitutional Court Begins Proceedings on the Constitutionality of the Armenia-U.S. TRIPP Agreement
The Constitutional Court has accepted the case regarding the compliance of the obligations enshrined in the framework agreement on strategic cooperation between Armenia and the United States concerning TRIPP with the Constitution.
According to the court's decision, the hearings will commence on September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Judge Edgar Shatiryana has been appointed as the rapporteur for the case, and the proceedings will be conducted in written procedure.
