"It’s Not Good" – "It’s Not That Bad": A Laconic Debate in Parliament
The government has presented 4 loan agreements to the National Assembly under an extraordinary regime, with a total amount exceeding 120 million euros. This information has emerged from the review of the agenda.
While responding to the questions of the deputies, Deputy Finance Minister Armen Hayrapetyan explained that although there has been a surplus of funds this year, these were allocated for other programs, and now it is necessary to obtain these loans.
"It’s not good," responded Tigran Urikhanian from the Prosperous Armenia faction. "To anticipate, I would say it’s not that bad," the deputy minister reacted.
This "debate" amused those present. The deputy minister promised that these would be the last budget loans.
