DANIBEKYAN INSTRUCTS TO IDENTIFY DISRUPTORS OF COURT SESSIONS

The court session presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan in the case of former Armenian President Robert Kocharian and others made a statement today.

She instructed court officials that from now on, if any individual disrupts the order of the court session from the audience, that person should be immediately removed from the courtroom.

The judge also directed officials to identify these individuals and compile a list to present to the court, so that it can decide whether to ban them from the courtroom for an extended period or until the trial is concluded.
