Political scientist Styopa Safaryan stated on his Facebook page: ‘Apparently, even quotation marks were not present in the original title of Aliyev’s praising article; they were only added later out of fear after thousands of insults and curses. In her statement today, the lady mentioned that ‘ignorant’ readers should have noticed the quotation marks in the title... However, the readers have indeed seen the original!’
