There Is No Such Thing: David Tonoyan on His Resignation
Media reports have circulated that Armenia's Minister of Defense, David Tonoyan, learned after a private meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that he had been relieved of his duties. In an interview with NEWS.am, Tonoyan responded to the rumor of his dismissal, stating, “I have not met with the Prime Minister; I do not understand what news this is.” When asked if he had indeed been dismissed, he reiterated, “There is no such thing.”
