Collision Between Motorcycle and BMW in Yerevan; Motorcycle Overturned
Today, September 11, a collision occurred between a vehicle and a motorcycle in Yerevan. Around 11:00 AM, a motorcycle without a license plate, driven by 29-year-old Suren Mkhitaryan from Gyumri, collided with a BMW car with license plate number 74 DO 474, driven by 35-year-old Edward Galstyan from Yerevan.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the collision, the motorcycle overturned, and the rider was taken to the Erebuni Medical Center with bodily injuries. Officers Karen Khachatryan and Arayik Sargsyan from the 2nd platoon of the 1st patrol battalion of the traffic police arrived at the scene.
The responsible duty officer of Yerevan’s Traffic Police operational management center, Arsen Karapetyan, informed the traffic police traffic accident investigation and administrative procedures department, from where a response team arrived, led by the department head Khachik Sargsyan and investigator Davit Gevorgyan.
