2-Year-Old Child Transferred to Yerevan from Gegharkunik Province by Medical Helicopter
On the evening of yesterday, a 2-year-old child was transferred by medical helicopter from Gegharkunik Province to the "Saint Astvatsamayr" Medical Center in Yerevan, experiencing severe convulsions and high fever. According to relatives, the child has had similar convulsions before, but not to this extent.
As reported by the press service of the "Saint Astvatsamayr" Medical Center, the child was initially taken to Martuni Medical Center while unconscious, where they received first aid before being transferred to Yerevan.
After receiving appropriate medical assistance in the intensive care unit of "Saint Astvatsamayr" Medical Center, the child has regained consciousness today. Doctors assess the child's condition as stable. The child continues to be under the supervision of specialists in the intensive care and neurosurgery departments.
