A Tourist Trail Connecting Goris and Kapan Has Been Opened
The EU Ambassador, Piotr Switalski, participated in the opening of the Legends Trail, which connects the cities of Goris and Kapan, in the Siunik region on August 24. This information was provided by the EU Ambassador's office.
The trail was designed as part of the project "EU for Tourism: Developing Adventure Tourism in Historic Siunik." During the opening ceremony, guests tested a 5 km section of the trail, having the opportunity to see the Magical Forest.
"I am very happy to participate in the official opening of the Legends Trail. Community development is a top priority for the EU, and my personal focus is on promoting initiatives that allow citizens of Armenia and tourists to enjoy the beauty of this country while engaging in an active lifestyle. I can only encourage you to plan a hike on the Legends Trail and discover the tea houses, guesthouses, the Magical Forest, and other services created by community residents with EU support," said the EU Ambassador.
