Vardenyats Pass Closed for Truck Trailers: Road Conditions

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of February 12 at 22:30, there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed for truck trailers, while other vehicles can face difficult conditions.

The Sotk-Karméezar road is also difficult to navigate due to freezing rain.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.

According to information received from the Department of Road Infrastructure of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Stepanavan-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
