New Charges Filed Against Robert Kocharyan
The Special Investigation Service has announced today, February 12, that new charges have been filed against the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan.
In addition to the charge under Article 300.1 of the Criminal Code of Armenia concerning the overthrow of the constitutional order, Robert Kocharyan has been charged under Article 311, Section 4, Clause 2 of the Criminal Code for receiving a particularly large bribe.
This information was disseminated by Kocharyan's legal team in a press release.
