Former Oligarch Begins Testifying Against Serzh Sargsyan
Former oligarch Mikhail Baghdasarov has begun testifying against former president Serzh Sargsyan, according to the "Zhamanak" newspaper.
Baghdasarov lost his major businesses in Armenia during Sargsyan's rule, spanning from the import of petroleum products to the bankruptcy of the "Armavia" airline, after which he left Armenia.
Since the Velvet Revolution, he has started to return to business activities, albeit on a much smaller scale.
