Davit Sanasaryan Receives the Highest Bonus at the State Oversight Service

"Information about the bonuses received by employees of the RA State Oversight Service:
The salaries of employees of the RA State Oversight Service (after deducting taxes and other payments as established by RA legislation) are as follows:
- Head of Service – 565,450 AMD
- Deputy Head of Service – 398,777 AMD
- Advisor to the Head of Service – 224,845 AMD
- Assistant to the Head of Service – 213,353 AMD
- Assistant to the Deputy Head of Service – 144,402 AMD
- Chief Secretary – 336,989 AMD
- Head of Division – 229,967 AMD
- Deputy Head of Division – 190,238 AMD
- Chief Specialist of Division – 165,644 AMD
- Leading Specialist of Division – 115,545 AMD
- Head of Department – 197,315 AMD
- Deputy Head of Department – 154,055 AMD
- Chief Specialist of Department – 149,787 AMD
- Leading Specialist of Department – 95,577 AMD
- Civil service workers – 131,761 AMD
- Technical staff – 69,416 AMD
(The salary amounts are presented as averages, taking into account the rates conditioned by each employee's length of service.) In 2018, bonuses have been granted to employees quarterly, with each employee receiving bonuses equivalent to one official salary scale rate (as mentioned above) based on the actual period worked, as well as end-of-year incentives equivalent to one official salary scale rate."
According to the media outlet, the incentives provided to employees were based on Article 6, paragraph 6, of the RA law on “Remuneration of State and Public Office Holders”, Article 22, paragraph 9, of the same law, point 2 of part 1 of Article 219 of the Labor Code, and point 3 of decision 737-N of the RA government dated 2014.
In total, the amount of bonuses awarded during 2018 was 46,038.7 thousand AMD, distributed among only 112 employees.
Note: Since its establishment, the total amount recovered based on violations identified during studies conducted by the Service has reached 827,055.0 thousand AMD.
