The U.S. Remains Committed to NATO Allies
The U.S. continues to uphold its commitments to NATO allies. This was stated by U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Elbridge Colby before a meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in Brussels.
Colby noted that progress has been made in strengthening the alliance, but he emphasized that there are still issues that need to be addressed.
“Europe remains an incredibly important direction for the United States,” stated the Pentagon's deputy leader. He also mentioned that Washington considers the Western Hemisphere to be one of its priorities.
