Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced new results from long-range strikes targeting several facilities within Russian territory. According to him, Ukrainian forces have hit the 'Progress' enterprise in the Samara region, the 'Savasleyka' military airfield in the Nizhny Novgorod region, and a petroleum facility in the Ust-Luga area.

“Today we have new significant results from our long-range strikes,” stated Zelensky. He noted that a key enterprise operating under 'Roscosmos', the 'Progress' rocket and space center, which is involved in electronics production, was hit in the Samara region. This facility is located approximately 900 km away from the Ukrainian border.

Ukrainian long-range assets also struck the 'Savasleyka' military airfield, where, according to Zelensky, missile-carrying aircraft are stationed. The airfield is about 700 km from Ukraine.

Additionally, the Ukrainian president reported damage to the oil facility in the Ust-Luga area, which is over 800 km from the borders of Ukraine.

Zelensky expressed gratitude to the units involved in the operations and emphasized that the strategy of long-range strikes within Russian territory aims to reduce the country’s military capabilities. “We need peace, and this should be visible in Russia—with specific damages to specific objects,” Zelensky stated.
