The President of Armenia has accepted the resignation of the government.
“Based on Article 130 of the Constitution, I accept the Government's resignation,” reads the decree signed by President Vahagn Khachatryan.
It is noteworthy that according to Article 158 of the Constitution, the Government is to resign on the first session day of the newly elected National Assembly. This was announced earlier by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
