Former Packages Will Not Be Canceled: Multi Wellness Will Continue Serving Customers

The Multi Wellness club will continue to serve customers with existing packages regardless of the fact that payments have been made to another company. This was reported by the Yerevan Municipality.

According to the municipality, the operations of the Multi Wellness center, which is located in an area owned by the Yerevan community, have been suspended, but starting from July 31, the center will resume operations under a new name and management of the Yerevan community.

Previously, the center was operated by another company with which citizens had signed service contracts and made payments. However, considering the interests of the citizens, the Yerevan Municipality has decided to continue servicing the existing packages.

The municipality reports that until the completion of organizational processes, all related expenses will be covered by community funds. Additionally, the period of activity suspension for each customer's existing package will be extended so that citizens do not lose the opportunity to utilize the services they have paid for.

To ensure continuity of services, the Yerevan Municipality has offered the center's employees, including trainers, to continue working under the new management.
